Caitlin Flory - Employment Specialist
Caitlin has been working in not-for-profit organizations since 1991, benefiting individuals with various disabilities. Six of those years were spent in the area of deafness and rehabilitation. She is fluent in American Sign Language and has been teaching American Sign Language and deaf culture in the community and corporate settings since 2005. Caitlin’s areas of expertise include resume writing, career counseling, interview preparation and educating employers to the benefits of hiring individuals with disabilities.
Caitlin has attended Franklin University and Columbus State Community College and holds her Certificate of Deaf Studies. Recently she presented at the Ohio Rehabilitation Association conference and has previously developed staff trainings. Her training includes Job Coaching, Job Placement, Ex-Offender Rehabilitation and Employment, Supporting Employees on the Job and various training in the field of deafness.
