Support Service Providers (SSP)
Franklin County residents who are deaf-blind, 60 years or older, and meet the required financial guidelines can benefit from the assistance of a SSP. An SSP can help by reading the individual's mail, help with grocery shopping, transport to medical appointments, and other everyday tasks.
